Electrician required for our client, a specialist property maintenance and refurbishment contractor based out of South-West London, who are offering a salary of up to £42k, with a company van provided.
Our client has been in operation for over 15 years, offering a full design, installation, and maintenance service for commercial and domestic clients across London and the home counties, including water utility providers, M&E contractors, local authorities.
This role would involve completing electrical maintenance, testing, and refurbishments in housing (including social housing), local authority buildings, and water utility sites. 70% of the work will be based in West London, with the rest based across Greater London.
Electrician Job Requirements
- Fully Qualified Electrician - ideally holding an NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Test and Inspection
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within a commutable distance to West London
Electrician Salary & Benefits
- Salary £35,000 - £42,000, negotiable depending on experience
- Company van provided
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Company pension scheme
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
