We are seeking an Electrician to join a prestigious client for various electrical tasks.
The role involves performing electrical work on Responsive, Planned, and Capital Repairs to a high standard.
The Electrician will work as part of a team to ensure quality repairs in LBI managed properties and social spaces.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical work.
The salary for this role is competitive, and benefits include a van and fuel card, with hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.

We are currently looking for an Electrician to join one of our prestigious clients.

To carry out electrical work and relevant trade duties as instructed by the Supervisor on Responsive, Planned, Empty Homes, High Value Repairs or Capital Repairs to an excellent standard upon completion.

To support the delivery of quality repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing working as part of a team carrying out electrical work associated, but not limited, to maintenance works to all types of LBI managed properties and social spaces, as scheduled or directed by supervisor.

Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00

Van and fuel card provided.
