We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to carry out responsive repairs and maintenance across occupied social housing properties in Westminster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical fault finding and repairs

• Rewires, lighting, sockets, fuse boards, and EICRs

• Testing and inspection within domestic properties

• Minor multi-trade tasks where required

• Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition (essential)

• 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (preferred)

• Experience in domestic/social housing repairs

• Full UK driving licence

• Own tools and testing kit

Location: Westminster and surrounding areas
