Due to continued growth, we're currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join an existing team in Central London

Our client is a growing Commercial Building Maintenance Service provider in London and are currently looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their team

The helpdesk administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining inbound calls and emails, ensuring the engineering team have clear communication with tasks and duties to support their customers

Must have previous experience within building maintenance, with an understanding of planned and reactive hard services maintenance

This role is based in their head office and requires someone able to commute to Kings Cross daily

There is an opportunity for this role to become permanent, but will initially be temporary for a minimum of 8 weeks
