We’re recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a leading FM service provider on a prestigious static commercial site in Canary Wharf. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a high-profile building, excellent working conditions, and a top-end salary.

Maintenance Electrician Role Overview:

  • Electrical maintenance (PPM & reactive) across a large commercial office building

  • Fault-finding, emergency lighting, lighting control systems, distribution boards, small works

  • Supporting wider building services and compliance tasks

  • Working as part of an on-site engineering team

Requirements for the Maintenance Electrician:

  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
