We are looking for a mobile gold card electrician with strong fault-finding skills and a drive to deliver high quality electrical work to become an integral part of our driven and successful team. You will be working as a mobile maintenance electrician, travelling across London and the Southeast, attending sites, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repair works and small install works. You will be working both independently and as part of a team to provide electrical works and exceptional customer service to our clients.

Duties

  • Carrying out electrical maintenance, installation, repairs and testing works at commercial, industrial and domestic premises
  • Travelling to and attending callouts, projects and planned works at sites across London and the Southeast
  • Electrical installation works
  • EICRs
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fault finding and repairs
  • Inspection & testing
  • Planned preventative maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate records of testing activities
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues to provide advice and guidance on electrical safety matters and testing
  • Ensuring that work is carried out to a high standard and in line with current best practice and regulations
  • Maintaining a high level of H&S and writing and completing RAMS, DRAs and any other necessary H&S procedures and paperwork

Requirements

  • At least 5 years' electrical experience
  • Approved electrician gold card
  • NVQ Level 3 electrotechnical qualification
  • AM2 & testing and inspection
  • 18th Edition
  • Can-do attitude
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training
  • Happy to travel across London & surrounding counties - lots of driving will be involved
  • Happy to stay away to work further afield
