My client, a leading nationwide contractor, is seeking self-employed electrical testers for social housing reactive maintenance contracts in South London.
The position requires candidates to have at least 2 years of experience in social housing or maintenance.
The salary structure includes EICR at £60.00, smoke alarms at £10.00 each, and CCU changes at £130.00 for labor only.
Candidates must hold the 18th edition, NVQ Level 3, and 2391 qualifications, along with their own van and tools.
A valid UK driving license is also required for this role.

My client a leading nationwide contractor are currently seeking a number of self employed electrical testers to come on board for there social housing reactive maintenance contracts.

This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across South London. This is a repairs contract with materials supplied. You will need your own van, tools, tester.

Prices:

EICR - 60.00

Smokes - 10.00 per smokes

CCU - 130.00 labour only

Kitchen/Bathroom Light - 15.00 each
