Solar PV / Domestic Electrician

38k-42k Base Salary + Company Van + Benefits + Overtime

Location - Lewisham / Catford / Deptford / New Cross

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and Qualified Electrician to join an established and growing client of ours who specialise extensively within the Solar PV, Plumbing, Heating and Electrical industry.

Excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation and on a full-time fully employed basis, Monday to Friday. The role will include a company van, fuel, pension, holiday pay and the opportunity for overtime.

You'll need to live in the South East London area, and local to places such as Lewisham, Catford, Deptford and New Cross.

Job Summary:

Working in domestic and residential properties (mainly social housing), you'll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and fault-finding electrical systems associated with:
- Solar PV systems
- Heating systems
- Ventilation systems
- Boiler wiring (s plans, y plans) and controls
- Storage heaters
- Air source heat pumps (ASHPs)
Carry out electrical testing and certification in accordance with current regulations

Key Skills Required:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
Previous experience installing or maintaining Solar PV systems
Experience with boilers / heating system wiring is desired, however not essential
Full UK driving licence
