Description
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs across various properties.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Install and test electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
- Work closely with the property team to address any electrical concerns promptly.
- Ensure all work adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and inspections.
- Provide support during inspections and audits related to electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues as required.
- RCD testing.
- Emergency lighting testing.
- Reactive replacement and fault finding for lighting and small power.
Profile
A successful temporary electrician should have:
- Relevant electrical qualifications, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair work.
- Knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- A strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work independently.
Job Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately 25.40 - 29 per hour, depending on experience.
