Senior HVAC Engineer - Heat Pumps & MVHR Systems
Location: West London
Up to 55,000 + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card
Our client, a leading HVAC contractor in West London, specialising in sustainable heating and ventilation systems, is seeking a Senior HVAC Engineer to lead a small team of engineers delivering fault-finding, commissioning and service work on heat pumps and MVHR systems across domestic and commercial sites.
This hybrid role combines on-site technical work and office-based planning and coordination.
The successful Senior HVAC Engineer will be:

• Senior Engineer will lead and mentor engineers on retrofit and new build projects.
• Senior Engineer will act as a technical lead for diagnostics and commissioning.
• Senior Engineer will manage job allocation, site support and scheduling.
• Senior Engineer will work both on the tools and in the office when needed.
• Senior Engineer will ensure service quality and compliance with F-Gas and H&S Standards.

To qualify for this position as a Senior HVAC Engineer, you will need:

• Senior Engineer will need a valid F-Gas Category 1.
• Senior Engineer will need a strong background in domestic and commercial HVAC service and maintenance, including heat pumps and MVHR.
• Senior Engineer will need previous supervisor or lead engineer experience.
• Senior Engineer will need a full UK Driving License.

Senior HVAC Engineer: Will be paid up to 55,000 basic DOE + Overtime + Van + Fuel Card + Pension + Career Progression.
