What will you be doing?
  • Gathering requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities and desired outcomes
  • Developing smart building, controls and BMS design and engineering solutions
  • Coordinating digital building and controls design with other building services disciplines and external parties
  • Preparing technical reports and presentations, translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on BMS and Smart Building design, integration and strategy
  • Delivering blue-sky, aspirational workshops with clients and key stakeholders
  • Supporting quality assurance processes and contributing to continuous professional development
  • Assisting with marketing and business development activities where required

What you'll need
  • A relevant engineering qualification with at least 3 years' experience in BMS, controls or Smart Buildings
  • Knowledge of BMS systems, ideally with some experience designing building controls or integration solutions
  • The ability to write specifications and technical reports
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • A proactive mindset and ambition to grow into a subject matter expert
