We’re looking for a skilled Senior Security Systems Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarm, access control, and door entry systems across high-end residential and mixed-use developments in London and the South East.
You’ll act as the go-to engineer on site — supporting junior team members, solving complex faults, and ensuring all systems meet NSI/SSAIB and industry standards
- Location: Covering London & South East | Office based in West London
- Job Type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: Up to 50k + overtime, call-out & bonus opportunities
- Package: Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform & ongoing training
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the security systems industry.
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple systems (e.g. Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Honeywell, Videx).
- Proven experience supervising or mentoring engineers.
- ECS/CSCS (Skilled Worker or above).
- SSSTS (advantageous).
- Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling training.
- IPAF/PASMA (preferred).
- Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.
