Your new companyYou will be working for a Global Architecture Companybased in Central London, who are leading the way in their market, whilst driving sustainability goals. This company operates in over 17 countries worldwide, making this an exciting global opportunity. Your new roleYou will be reporting into the Total Reward Lead, managing and administering the organisations benefits programs and lifecycle of employee benefits, ensuring the company aligns with market expectations to attract, retain and engage top talent. You will be responsible forAlongside Benefits management and administration. You will be responsible for processing and negotiating annual benefits renewals. You will conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the packages align with expectations. You will conduct regular reports and insights into the benefits programmes in place, collaborating with stakeholders to further align the benefits in place. You will be a key point of contact for other employees regarding benefits offerings, improving understanding, uptake and engagement. What you'll need to succeedYou will have specialist knowledge of benefits programmes and practices within a Global Company. You will have experience with benefits platforms and benefits solutions. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, or have another relevant benefits qualification. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. You will be able to build key relationships with external stakeholders and senior business partners. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, withstrong technical ability in excel. What you'll get in returnYou will be entitled to a base salary of £60,000 - £65,000 p/a as well as a range of other benefits such as bonus and private healthcare.
