Role Overview
As a Banking and Investment Consultant Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes within the banking and investment space
- Cultivating strong relationships with senior-level clients across global financial institutions
- Advising both clients and candidates on market trends and hiring strategies
- Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-calibre candidates for front-office and mid-office roles
- Partnering on retained and exclusive searches
- Representing the business at financial and professional networking events
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in financial services recruitment or direct industry exposure in banking/investment
- A solid understanding of capital markets, investment banking, or asset management
- A consultative, professional approach to client and candidate interactions
- Excellent communication, research, and relationship-building skills
