This role is based is based in West Brompton and offers hybrid working.

Key Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled Change - Benefit Lead to support the Counter Terrorism Police with the delivery of its change management programme of work. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic benefits realisation within transformational or change environments and the ability to drive the benefits function forward by leveraging industry best practices.

Previous experience of:

Strategic Benefits Realisation:

  • Demonstrate experience in strategic benefits realisation within a transformational or change environment.
  • Drive the benefits function forward by leveraging industry best practices.

Team Management:

  • Proven experience in managing a team effectively.

Public Sector Experience:

  • Preferably have experience in the public sector, particularly within government settings.
  • Private sector experience is acceptable if it demonstrates relevant knowledge and understanding of benefits management in projects and programmes.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Experience working alongside or within a strategy team to align benefits with organisational strategy.

Development and Quality Assurance:

  • Ability to develop tools, templates, guidance, and training for benefits management.
  • Experience in quality assurance within the benefits space.

Project and Programme Delivery:

  • Beneficial to have experience in project and programme delivery at a strategic level.

Personal Attributes:

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Essentials:

Qualifications:

  • Management of Benefits (MoB) training or equivalent experience.
  • Additional qualifications such as Prince2, Agile Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), and other relevant certifications are advantageous.

Vetting Requirements:

  • Minimum Security Clearance (SC) is required; Developed Vetting (DV) is preferred.

Hybrid Working:

  • Availability for hybrid working arrangements, typically 1-2 days per week in the office (West Brompton, London.
