What You'll Be Doing

Delivering Talent to leading clients across Payments, FinTech, and Technology-enabled sectors

Sourcing Candidates via LinkedIn, internal databases, networks, job boards and proactive headhunting

Screening & Qualifying top talent across the BFSI, Core Banking, and Consultancy markets

Partnering With Consultants to support ongoing client engagements and project-based hiring

Maintaining Pipelines and mapping high-demand skill sets across the UK and international markets

Delivering Candidate Experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships

Staying Sharp through market research, competitor mapping, and insights on talent trends
Who We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (agency or consultancy)

Exposure to or interest in Payments, FinTech, Capital Markets, or Tech sectors

Strong communication skills - written and verbal - and the ability to engage at all levels

A background in or familiarity with management consulting or commercial sales (e.g. MBB, Big 4, or enterprise B2B)

Self-driven, structured, and capable of juggling multiple assignments simultaneously

A team player who thrives in a face-to-face, fast-moving environment
Nice to Have

Understanding of recruitment for core banking, payment systems, and digital platforms

Experience delivering into financial institutions, consultancies, or commercial real estate

Degree-level education preferred (but not essential)
