What does a Recruitment Consultant do?As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as the go-between for clients and candidates, helping companies find the best talent and individuals find their ideal role. You’ll be:

Speaking to candidates daily to understand their skills and career goals

Building long-lasting relationships with clients and hiring managers

Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement

Working towards targets with unlimited earning potential

We don’t need previous recruitment experience. We’re looking for:

Graduates, especially those with a competitive streak or who’ve balanced studies with part-time work

Ex or current sportspeople, team players who thrive under pressure and enjoy competition

Sales professionals, phone-based, telesales, retail, or face-to-face sales experience welcome

Self-motivated individuals with strong communication and people skills
