Career Teachers are delighted to be working with a dynamic and inclusive secondary school in East London, they are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Examinations Officer to join their team for the new academic year.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional who thrives in a busy school environment and is passionate about ensuring the smooth delivery of internal and external examinations.
The Role
Full-time - 5 days per week
36 hours per week
Working hours: Between 8:00am and 16:30pm (flexibility required during exam periods)
Starts September 2025
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as an Examinations Officer
Has successfully overseen at least one full summer exam season
Is highly organised, with a meticulous approach to planning and administration
Can remain calm under pressure and manage competing deadlines
Communicates effectively with staff, students, and external exam bodies
Is confident using school systems and exam board platforms
