A Interim Reward Specialist to:
- Support the Global Reward Manager to deliver global reward programs and annual compensation processes
- Collaborate with global colleagues to coordinate tax reviews, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
- Prepare documentation
- Respond to queries related related to reward, benefits and employment tax
- Lead the implementation of a benefits, employee discount and recognition platform
- Provide support to adhoc reward tasks and projects

Profile
A Interim Reward Specialist:
- Previous experience in a complex commercial sector organisation
- Previous global experience desirable, including an awareness of global legal implications to C&B
- Previous experience implementing a benefits platform desirable
