My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented People & Culture Partner on a Contract basis.

The People & Culture Partner will be a key driver of cultural transformation, working closely with leadership to create an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £400 - £550 per day, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Lead the design and execution of cultural transformation programs that align with company values and future vision.
  • Develop and Organise DEI-focused events, workshops, and training sessions to foster awareness and action.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, focus groups, and feedback loops.
  • Support the design and facilitation of workshops and training that reinforce cultural values and promote positive employee behaviour.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • 2-4 years of experience in roles focused on culture, employee engagement, or organisational development.
  • Strong knowledge of cultural best practices, employee engagement strategies, and DEI frameworks.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
