Responsibilities:

As our Retail Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of our hiring initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:

?? Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top retail talent.

?? Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

?? Crafting engaging job descriptions and posting them across various platforms.

?? Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.

�? Utilising social media and networking events to boost our talent pipeline.

?? Monitoring recruitment metrics to optimise our hiring processes.

?? Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications - ExternalWHAT YOU BRING

Required:

  • Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business
  • Experience with Workday as a recruiter
  • Experience in competency-based interviewing
  • Experience with hiring practices and policy in the UK

Preferred:

  • Previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner, coaching and assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy
  • Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities within unique functional abilities
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment
