Key Responsibilities:

  • Support EMEA nomination and selection processes for Global and Regional Talent Programmes.
  • Implement and manage talent development initiatives effectively.
  • Oversee recruitment and monitoring of Early Talent Programmes.
  • Facilitate onboarding of third-party vendors and manage invoice processing.
  • Review and analyse the effectiveness of talent development interventions to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Support various projects as required and manage knowledge capture for smooth processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity while monitoring costs.
  • Assist with logistical matters such as scheduling governance meetings and booking rooms. �?
