What You’ll Be DoingÂ
At Equity Energies, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers, and you'll be at the heart of this commitment. Working closely with our internal teams—Account Managers, Consultants—and external partners like energy suppliers and customers, you'll ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of tasksÂ
Your role will involve:Â

Collaborating with various stakeholders to address and resolve energy-related queries.Â

Documenting all issues and tasks to ensure transparency and accountability.Â

Managing supply contract matters, including data gathering, compliance modelling, site additions, change of tenancies, bill validation, and budget forecasting.Â

Supporting the Director and Account Manager during customer auctions and renewals.Â

Building and nurturing strong relationships with energy suppliers and customer contacts to facilitate prompt issue resolution. Â
We're looking for someone proactive, with a knack for creative problem-solving, ensuring timely and effective solutions for our clients.Â
