Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct energy assessments and calculations using SAP and OCDEA methodologies.
- Utilize TM59, TM54 and TM52 to evaluate overheating risk and energy performance in buildings.
- Perform Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA) and Non-Domestic Energy Assessments (NDEA) to determine energy efficiency ratings.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate energy-efficient solutions into building projects.
- Use IES software for building simulation and analysis to enhance energy performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, outlining findings and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to energy assessment and consultancy.

Requirements:
- 2 Years Experience minimum.
- Qualified OCDEA.
- Proficient in SAP Assessments.
- Ability to complete TM59, TM54, TM52 assessments independently.
- Experience with domestic and non domestic energy assessments preferable.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant degree or certification in energy management, sustainability, or a related field.
