Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor

A perfect opportunity for you as a graduate or assistant Building Surveyor, to grow your skills, develop your APC, and build your career. 

We are working alongside a RICS-regulated surveying consultant with over 25 years experience in Building Surveying. Founded in 2013, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored, high-impact property services across London and the South East - helping both residential and commercial spaces reach their full potential. Based in east central London, the diversity in services allows graduates and professionals to gain the experience across multiple key aspects of building surveying, enabling you to take the right next step in your career.

Your goals, your growth, our focus:

  • Mentorship from RICS-accredited professionals, offering early-career and developing surveyors a strong foundation to grow.

  • Hands-on experience across key service areas, including Party Wall matters, Condition Surveys, Project Management, Commercial Developments, and Contract Administration.

What you'll need: 

  • A postgraduate degree in Building Surveying
  • Evidence of experience / grounded in Building Surveying 
  • Currently working on your APC
