# OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with a background in fire and security. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple sites, managing client relationships, and ensuring the correct operation of equipment.

# Responsibilities- Supervise and manage multiple sites, ensuring compliance with fire and security protocols- Liaise with clients to address any concerns or issues, and provide excellent customer service- Conduct regular checks on equipment to ensure correct operation and address any maintenance needs- Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control systems, and other security equipment- Train and mentor staff members to uphold high standards of performance and safety- Review and implement security procedures to maintain the highest level of protection for high-end residential properties

# Qualifications- Proven experience in fire and security supervision or similar role, with a focus on high-end residential properties and commercial- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and other security systems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and staff- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Relevant certifications and qualifications in fire and security supervision

# Day-to-day- Meet with site managers to assess and address any operational issues- Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met- Check equipment and systems to maintain proper functionality and address any maintenance needs- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge- Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously improve security procedures and protocols
