Lead, motivate, and support a team of engineers and subcontractors on-site
Perform and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
Carry out fault-finding and repairs on electrical and/or mechanical systems
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, site-specific procedures, and safety standards
Liaise directly with the client, attend meetings, and provide technical updates and reports
Review and sign off engineers' job sheets and RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Support with scheduling of maintenance works and planning of resource allocation
Assist in training, onboarding, and development of junior staff
