Enterprise Architect
Lynx Recruitment is currently working with an Award-Winning Tech consultancy who are looking for a Solutions Architect to join their talented team based in London.
This is a permanent position offering salaries up to £120,000 + bonus and benefits and working on a hybrid model of once/twice a week on site in Central London.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the creation and execution of enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, offering strategic guidance on architecture, digital transformation, and IT strategy.
- Lead the design and integration of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment across business, technology, and organizational domains.
- Oversee large-scale transformation programs, managing architectural change to enable seamless adoption and long-term value.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and meet client needs.
- Promote innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and trends to help clients maintain a competitive edge.
Key skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Expert in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) with formal certification.
- Extensive experience advising C-suite executives on architecture, digital transformation, and IT strategy in Financial Services.
- Strong track record leading enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and shaping strategic decisions.
- Skilled in delivering architecture within Agile environments, including tools and processes.
- Proven business development experience, including roles like Technical Account Manager or Account CTO.
- Effective team leader with solid management and leadership credentials.
