Im working with aninnovative, sustainability-focused catering companyin London that is redefining what event catering can be - planet-positive, locally sourced, and beautifully crafted. They are now seeking aHead of Event Sales & Planningto lead their sales strategy and oversee the creative planning of exceptional events.
The Role
- Drive Sales Growth Lead on strategy, identify opportunities, and grow the client base.
- Oversee Event Planning Manage the entire planning process from initial pitch, ensuring operations have the tools they need to execute events to exacting standards.
- Client & Venue Engagement Build strong, lasting relationships with both corporate and private clients as well as leading venues within London.
- Team Leadership Mentor and develop a talented sales and planning team.
- Champion Sustainability Integrate environmentally responsible practices into every event.
About You
- Proven track record inevent sales and planning, ideally in catering, hospitality, or events.
- Commercially minded with strong negotiation abilities.
- Passionate aboutsustainability and innovationin the food and events space.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
