Responsibilities:

Ensuringtheefficientandhigh-qualityrepairandmaintenanceofhomeswhileleadinganddevelopingateamofrepairprofessionals.

Youwillworkcloselyandcollaborativelywithcolleaguesandstakeholderstodriveimprovementsandofferafirst-classservicetocustomers.

Makesureallvisitsandinspectionsarecompletedontime

Deliverwellcaredforhomesandplaceswhereresidentsfeelsafeandasenseofpridethroughtopclasscontractmanagement.

Deliveraresponsiveservice,wherestaffandresidentqueriesandcomplaintsareactionedthoroughly,timelyandlearningsaretakenfromfeedback

Establishandmaintainacultureofserviceimprovement,supportingstafftodeliver

changeprojectstomeetdevelopingandevolvingcustomerneeds.

Developandimplementefficientrepairandmaintenanceprocessesandworkflows

specificallywithinthedeliveryofdaytodayrepairstoembedthefoundationoftheRepairsHub.

Continuallymonitortheperformanceofallrepairsusingdata,analysisandinsightto

instigateappropriateimprovementsandrecommendations.

Skills&experience:

Experienceofdeliveringrepairimprovementplansacrosscomplexdeliverymodels

Experienceofdeliveringperformanceimprovementprojectsinarepairsorproperty

servicesenvironmenttodriveserviceimprovement.

Excellentknowledgeofrepair&maintenanceprocesses,toolsandequipment.

Provenexperienceofteamleadershipandstaffdevelopment.

Willhaveknowledgeandexperienceofkeypolicyandchangeinitiatives.

Experienceandpracticalknowledgeofbusinessplanningandperformancemonitoring
