Role Responsibilities:
- 3D BIM Modelling: Create, update, and refine 3D Revit MEP service models.
- Clash Detection: Use software such as Navisworks to detect, document, and resolve conflicts in the BIM environment.
- Coordination & Workflow: Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain project progress and quality.
Required Experience:
- At least 5 years' proven experience in Building Services and MEP coordination, with an emphasis on BIM.
Technical Competence:
- Skilled in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, industry standards, and best practices.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.
- Highly capable in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
