The ideal candidate will:

Have a degree related to the field of Sustainability
Have excellent communication skills
Be a qualified BREEAM AP/Assessor
Have 1-3 years' experience conducting BREEAM assessments
Show an ability to deal with varying workloads
Have a passion for the Sustainability sector
Have experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

Completing life cycle assessments
Environmental assessments of buildings
Assisting with BREEAM and other assessments
Assisting with the modelling of domestic and non-domestic buildings
Developing and improving existing energy strategies
