What you'll be doing
As an Associate Architect, you'll balance leadership, client engagement, and hands-on project delivery across all RIBA stages. You'll be trusted to manage large-scale conservation projects while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities as an Associate Architect will include:
路Leading projects of national significance from concept to completion.
路Managing client and stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
路Overseeing and mentoring a team of architects and assistants, ensuring collaboration and excellence.
路Supporting business development and helping to secure new opportunities.
路Contributing to strategic studio growth and long-term planning.
What you'll bring
To thrive as an Associate Architect, you'll need:
路An abundance of post qualification experience in the UK.
路Proven ability to lead multi-million-pound projects confidently.
路Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
路Experience in conservation architecture or heritage projects.
路Excellent understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
路NEC4 contract experience.
路Commercial awareness and experience in project financial management.
路Understanding of Revit/BIM (not essential but advantageous).
路Eligibility for UK Security Clearance - you must have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years.
