The Records Management AVP

One of out large finicle clients is looking for an expeirened Records Management AVP

Responsible for:

Review and update records management policy framework

  • Ensuring Records management framework meets legal/regulatory requirements
  • Assisting the identification and remediation of records management risks and audit points
  • Support Records Management projects
  • Providing support and training for Records Management compliance

Day to Day responsibilities

The Records Management AVP will provide the following deliverables:

Records Management Policies - Benchmark, review and update current polices

Archiving and Disposition - Creation of a new RM archiving and disposition procedure

Records Management Processes - Creation of records lifecycle management processes (creation, capture, index, storage)

Training Materials - Guides and presentations for RM training and awareness

Records Management Projects - Support deliverables for data classification and RM lifecycle management projects

Location: London

Working Week -Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Qualifications or experience - digital records management, records management experience

hybrid work - 2-3 days in the office
