- Coordinate and deliver a variety of virtual (ON24) and face to face events
- Manage event administration, including delegate registration, producing badges, rooming lists, and handling delegate queries
- Liaise with venues and suppliers, obtaining quotes and organising event logistics
- Report on event performance, including attendance figures and budget tracking
- Host planning meetings with regional committees and key stakeholders
- Review and approve event briefs to ensure objectives are clear and achievable
- Set up events on the organisation’s website and CRM system, and prepare joining instructions for all attendees
- Attend events to manage registration and liaise with venue contacts throughout.
- Previous experience delivering both virtual and face to face events is essential
- Familiarity with digital event platforms, ideally ON24
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Able to work independently and use initiative to solve problems quickly
