We are seeking an Event Coordinator for a Corporate firm located in the City.
The position is office-based, offering a salary range of 30-35k with working hours from 9-6.
Candidates should have prior experience in event or admin coordination.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and booking venues for approximately 150 events per year and managing event communications.
Additional tasks involve coordinating venue logistics and onboarding new members onto our membership platform.

We are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join a Corporate firm in the City. This is an office based role paying 30-35k and is working 9-6. Event or Admin Coordination experience is important.

The role

- Source and book venues for all events, approx. 150 per year

- Manage event communications by confirming attendance

- Create and update guestlists for events

- Coordinate venue logistics, including research

- Onboard new members by creating profiles on our membership platform

- Ad hoc Admin
