We are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join a Corporate firm in the City. This is an office based role paying 30-35k and is working 9-6. Event or Admin Coordination experience is important.
The role
- Source and book venues for all events, approx. 150 per year
- Manage event communications by confirming attendance
- Create and update guestlists for events
- Coordinate venue logistics, including research
- Onboard new members by creating profiles on our membership platform
- Ad hoc Admin
