Job Title: Event Assistant
Location: Bank, London
Pay: £12.50-13.00phr
Hours: 10:30am-5:30pm
Date: Tuesday 6th May 2025
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main administrator for the conference, managing the sign-in/sign-out process and overseeing the registration desk.
- Monitor meeting room usage and provide support to attendees with questions or directions.
- Collaborate closely with the event coordinator to ensure smooth on-site operations.
- Distribute attendee welcome packs and materials.
- Record and track attendance for approximately 60-80 guests.
- Support the event alongside 4-5 sales team members.
