- Helping with organising annual events.
- Being the first point of contact for students and dealing with any queries.
- Auditing and updating student records and admissions.
- Administrative duties.
- Planning travel arrangements, and working closely with their dedicated travel agent.
- Ability to prioritise work & deadlines and a good level of attention to detail is essential.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A high level of customer service, responding to queries from faculty and senior students is required.
- Knowledge of using and editing Moodle and Salesforce are desirable.
- Enthusiastic team player who is willing to contribute to the success.
