Are you an experienced Conference Producer with a deep understanding of the finance sector? We’re looking for a commercially driven and content-focused professional to take the lead on developing world-class finance conferences.About this Senior Conference Producer RoleAs a Senior Conference Producer, you’ll be responsible for creating compelling, agenda-led events that attract senior decision-makers and high-profile speakers. You’ll take ownership of the full production cycle - from in-depth market research and topic development to speaker acquisition and on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Conference production of high profile, growing financial conferences
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends and pressing issues in finance
- Build high-impact conference agendas featuring senior-level speakers
- Secure C-level speakers through outreach and relationship management
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure commercial success
- Stay up to date on industry news and competitor events
- Proven experience producing conferences within the finance sector (essential)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Commercially aware and results-driven
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Competitive salary up to £65,000
