About the Role:As our Student Events Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the coordination and delivery of all student recruitment events at the University. Your mission? To ensure that every event-whether it's an Open Day, Applicant Day, or virtual fair-provides an outstanding experience for attendees, driving student applications and conversions!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Delivery: Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating student recruitment events, ensuring every attendee has a fantastic experience!
  • Supervision & Support: Oversee student ambassadors during events to guarantee top-notch service and delivery.
  • Documentation & Materials: Prepare event schedules and promotional materials, maintaining high accuracy and branding standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with academic departments and professional services to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the review and evaluation process for each event, helping to enhance future experiences.
  • Communication Management: Handle inquiries from event attendees and manage the attendee communication plan effectively.
