The Role40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7am to 4.30pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Lead all aspects of café operations with calm, confident management
Deliver a high standard of food and drink service in collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintain smooth, efficient daily routines from rostering to service delivery
Train, motivate and support the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Oversee financial performance: managing budgets, stock, and controlling waste
Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, allergen and hygiene protocols
Help shape the evolving menu and café experience with creativity and care
Support sustainability and community initiatives in line with company values
A confident, people-focused leader with café or hospitality management experience
Outgoing, sociable, and able to build strong relationships with customers and teams
Passionate about fresh, seasonal food, great coffee, and high service standards
Takes ownership, leads by example, and motivates others with positivity
Financially savvy understands margins, cost control, and stock management
Organised, detail-oriented, and strong on time management
Calm under pressure and quick to find practical solutions
