Conference Producer - join a global B2B Events company with 13 offices worldwide, organising over 115 events annually and attracting more than 650,000 visitors.

This role requires autonomy and ownership of the full conference lifecycle—from research and programme design to delivery. The role is working across our client's Africa portfolio so knowledge of  African politics, government, national ministries, regulators, etc., would be useful.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and stakeholder research to develop commercially viable conference agendas.
  • Acquire high-level speakers and manage their engagement throughout the event process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.

  • Highly autonomous with the ability to drive content strategy independently.
  • Commercially astute and capable of supporting and driving marketing and sales efforts.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills, with attention to multiple deadlines and long-term objectives.

  • Brings a proactive leadership style, capable of influencing internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with tools like CRM systems, project management software, and content management platforms.

The role is flexi working with 4 days IN (London) and 1 day WFH. You can choose your start time to finish the day either earlier or later - your call!
