Conference Producer - join a global B2B Events company with 13 offices worldwide, organising over 115 events annually and attracting more than 650,000 visitors.
This role requires autonomy and ownership of the full conference lifecycle—from research and programme design to delivery. The role is working across our client's Africa portfolio so knowledge of African politics, government, national ministries, regulators, etc., would be useful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and stakeholder research to develop commercially viable conference agendas.
- Acquire high-level speakers and manage their engagement throughout the event process.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
