Coordinator - Innovation Centre (4-Month Temp, On-Site - Bishopsgate)

£35/hour + holiday pay (PAYE)

In this high-impact role, you’ll be the engine behind immersive, purpose-driven engagements that help some of the biggest brands accelerate their strategic goals. You’ll partner closely with a team of Strategists and Account Executives to bring to life customer sessions that are informative, inspiring, and flawlessly executed.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing, sales programs, events, or business operations someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Orchestrating customer experiences that align with business goals and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborating with Strategists and Sales teams to ensure success metrics are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Owning end-to-end logistics—from room scheduling and catering to speaker invites and readiness checks.
  • Managing on-site operations alongside workplace teams, IT, and hospitality staff to ensure every visit is seamless.
  • Tracking impact and feedback through surveys and KPIs to constantly improve the customer journey.
  • Driving strategic projects and supporting the continuous evolution of a globally respected program.
  • Utilizing Salesforce tools to capture and present key performance data.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in coordinating high-touch programs or events
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and communicative
  • Comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new tools quickly (Salesforce experience a plus)
