This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of event coordination experience, particularly within high-end hospitality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of events from initial enquiry to post-event information.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure event details are accurately gathered.
  • Handle event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and post-event feedback.
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and wider team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
  • Support communications and marketing activities related to events.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and event management tools.
