- Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure event details are accurately gathered.
- Handle event documentation, including contracts, invoices, and post-event feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and wider team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Support communications and marketing activities related to events.
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient with CRM systems and event management tools.
