Event Manager - 9 Month FTC

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (pro rata)

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office

We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to take ownership of high-profile client events for a leading financial services brand. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role delivering premium experiences for top-tier clients while managing a varied portfolio of sports, entertainment, and corporate events.

You'll be highly organised, confident managing multiple projects at once, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders to deliver events that make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Event Delivery - Own the planning, coordination, and execution of premium client events, from initial brief through to post-event reporting.
  • Strategic Planning & Budget Management - Develop event calendars aligned with brand strategy, manage budgets, and ensure strong ROI.
  • Vendor & Venue Management - Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, venues, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Premium Client Engagement - Work closely with account management teams to design events tailored to high-value client needs.
  • Brand Consistency - Ensure all events reflect brand identity and deliver a consistent, premium experience.
  • On-Site & Post-Event Management - Act as primary contact during events, oversee smooth delivery, and complete success analysis to inform improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years' experience in event management, ideally in fast-paced, client-focused environments
  • Proven track record in delivering premium, small-scale, high-impact events
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Confident stakeholder management at senior levels
  • Experience in ticket distribution (sports and entertainment)
  • Ability to travel within the UK and work flexibly around event schedules
