Event Project Manager

Opportunity to join a global leader in digital innovation. Seeking a highly organised and experienced Event Project Manager to take the lead on planning and delivering high-profile events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves complex logistics and knows how to keep large-scale projects moving; whilst maintaining a keen eye on detail and stakeholder satisfaction. From concept to execution, you'll be the driving force ensuring every event is delivered flawlessly.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop detailed project plans, Gantt charts and schedules using Workfront or similar tools.
  • Track deliverables, manage dependencies and ensure seamless coordination across workstreams.
  • Monitor resources and prioritise tasks to align with strategic objectives.
  • Work with internal teams across creative, content, marketing and logistics to capture requirements and manage timelines.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and ensure all teams are aligned on key milestones and responsibilities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks early, escalating key issues to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Maintain risk logs, build contingency plans and ensure projects remain on track under pressure.
  • Lead weekly project reporting on progress and resource planning.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements by documenting learnings and refining workflows.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale event or production projects.
  • Strong planning and multitasking abilities, with experience using Workfront (or equivalent tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A process-driven mindset, with the agility to adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Experience in event production, logistics or creative agency work is a plus.

Location: Hybrid working in Central LondonContract: 12 months, daily rate £250-285pd inside IR35
