What Were Looking For

We're seeking aclear leaderwho is confident in their abilities, passionate about hospitality, and eager to develop a high-performing team through regular training, appraisals, and strong communication.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations with confidence and charisma
  • Motivating and developing a close-knit front-of-house team
  • Maintaining high standards in service, cleanliness, and compliance
  • Supporting and delivering team training and development plans
  • Drivingdrinks salesand engaging in creative promotions
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to consistently
  • Working closely with senior management on venue strategy and growth

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within hospitality
  • Solid experience in bar service and confident in the making of drinks
  • Holder of aPersonal Licence
  • C1 level Englishor higher strong verbal and written communication is essential
  • Experience with team development, training, and appraisals
  • A keen interest in growing within the company and progressing professionally
  • Comfortable working in and supporting anLGBTQ+ environment experience in this space is highly valued.
