Hi ??Ready to bring your organisational flair and customer service skills to a buzzing summer events season? We’re on the hunt for a confident and proactive Temporary Merchandising Assistant to support with product sales and event prep in the heart of London.

?? As a Temporary Merchandising Assistant, you will:

  • Support event readiness: Help prepare merchandise for high-profile events and off-site activations.

  • Manage stock: Keep tabs on inventory, reorder where needed, and ensure everything is ready for action.

  • Be customer-facing: Run the merchandise stand, engage visitors warmly, and help process payments.

  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with Finance and Marketing to ensure smooth sales and stock operations.

  • Provide support: Pitch in with reception duties and general admin when needed.

?? You’ll likely be someone who:

  • Has experience in a customer-facing or retail role.

  • Can stay organised under pressure and work to tight timelines.

  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and processing payments.

  • Is friendly, reliable, and loves working in a collaborative environment.

  • Can work 10:00-18:00 on-site, with flexibility around event needs.
