Job Purpose

The Programme Manager plays a pivotal role in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of C level executive programmes. The Programme Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of programme administration and logistics, ensuring seamless operations and a premium experience for participants, faculty, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of project management expertise, operational excellence, and a customer-focused mindset to support world-class learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Delivery
    • Plan, coordinate and deliver a portfolio of C Level masterclasses programmes from inception to completion.
    • Oversee all logistical and administrative aspects of programme delivery including venues, materials, scheduling, and communications.
    • Ensure an exceptional participant experience through professional, timely, and effective communication and support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including faculty, clients, and executive participants.
    • Build strong working relationships with senior executives, clients, and academic staff to support programme delivery and development.
  • Project Management
    • Independently manage multiple concurrent programmes, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
    • Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all operational elements.
  • Budget Management
    • Prepare and manage programme budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure financial efficiency and transparency.
    • Report on budget variances and contribute to financial planning and forecasting.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Evaluate programme outcomes and feedback, identifying areas for enhancement.
    • Support the development and implementation of new processes, systems, and approaches for increased operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, marketing, and academic departments to ensure programme success.
    • Contribute to a culture of professionalism, performance, and positivity.

Person Specification

Education

  • Educated to degree level

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in Corporate Events either as an Event Manager or Programme Manager
  • Proven experience managing administration and logistics
  • Track record of working to tight deadlines with attention to detail
  • Experience in budget management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects independently
  • Sound judgement and independent decision-making skills under pressure
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders and executives
